What begins as a thought becomes a silent, biological assault.

That breakdown doesn’t show up the same way for everyone. For some, it starts as back tension, neck pain, or restless sleep. For others, it’s headaches that linger, fatigue that won’t lift, or digestion that flares for no clear reason. The symptoms vary—but they’re not random. They’re messages.
